Positive: Clean. Quiet air conditioner unit. Enougth room for what we needed. Nice water pressure in the shower. Windows that we could open!! Well stocked in room coffee. Negative: Street noise was the biggest --- and the only ---- problem. The motel is located outside of town on a busy road, with traffic continuing through the night. We were there mid-May, so shortly before start of summer tourist season.
